Nowadays, they are more frequently used as family pets and companions. They adapt well to new surroundings and like to travel with their family. These animals also make excellent watchdogs, with a keen sense of hearing and smell, but their friendly nature doesn’t allow them to be good guardians. They come in two sizes: 13 inches and under, and over 13 inches. The coat is short and harsh. It may come in a variety of shades, and is relatively easy to care for.
